We are excited to share what this recognition signifies to PCF Group. The article written by Inc. Staff states: “Today, Inc. introduced the 2025 Best Workplaces, our annual list of companies that continually invest in their workplace cultures, offering best-in-class benefits that make employees actually want to work.
It’s been a turbulent few years for workplace culture, to say the least. The pandemic upended work life for millions, and many organizations are still reckoning with policies around remote work. Then there are the increasing attacks on diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, with several large corporations scaling back their initiatives and others tweaking DEI terminology in hopes of thwarting a backlash.
All the while, health insurance and child care costs climb, employees continue to struggle with mental health at work, and the transformative impact of artificial intelligence continues to loom large for both employees and their leaders as they plan for the future.
And yet, in the face of all this upheaval, some outstanding organizations have still managed to make their workplace a haven where workers are motivated and valued. To determine the listmakers, Inc 5000 works with Quantum Workplace to measure a wide range of research-validated workplace factors that impact employee engagement and satisfaction. We loved reading the anonymous results of this company-wide survey. At PCF Group, the word that our employees used that best describes our work environment was “fun.” It also said that our employees believe that “the senior leaders of the organization value people as their most important resource.”
