People Come First Construction Group is proud to announce that we have been awarded the Building Industry of Washington’s (BIAW) Remodeling Excellence Award for Best Outdoor Living Project over $100,000! 

Selected annually, BIAW’s Remodeling Excellence Awards celebrate outstanding craftsmanship, innovation, design, and project execution among remodeling professionals throughout the state of Washington. A panel of expert judges from across the nation reviewed each project, selecting PCF Group as its top outdoor living construction company for excellence in projects over $100,000. 

Why It Matters

BIAW was established in 1950 and is “the voice of the home building industry in Washington state.” It is one of the largest home-building associations in America, giving a voice to thousands of builders, remodelers, and skilled trades professionals to help Washington families enjoy the American dream of owning a home. “This was PCF Group’s first award win from BIAW and we couldn’t be more thrilled to be recognized by them,” says Robert Greaves. Unlike consumer-voted contests, BIAW Remodeling Excellence Awards focus on the quality of the work itself while understanding the innate challenges that builders face with our Pacific Northwest weather and terrain.
