Most of our work—about 90%—is done entirely in-house by our own trained staff. However, during peak seasons or when demand is especially high, we sometimes partner with what we call trusted trade professionals.
These contractors are carefully vetted through a process similar to how we hire employees:
- We verify they are a legitimate business.
- We check references and past work quality.
- We confirm they carry proper insurance and workers’ compensation for their employees.
When we use trusted partners, we’re always upfront with our customers. Specialized services like electrical work and the majority of patio cover projects are always handled by our in-house teams.
This balance allows us to maintain quality while meeting seasonal demand—without putting your project at risk.
