On average, it takes 60 to 90 days from your initial consultation before we submit your project for permit.
Here’s what happens during that time:
- Project scope & pricing: Your project consultant works with you to finalize details and pricing.
- Property research: We confirm that your project complies with all regulations.
- Renderings (if applicable): If you’ve purchased renderings, we’ll send you plans for review and approval before moving to technical drawings.
- Technical set: If you didn’t purchase renderings, we move straight into drafting the technical set of plans. These are also sent to you for QC and approval.
- Engineering & application: Once approved, plans go to engineering, and we prepare all documents needed for submission to the jurisdiction.
