For most projects, we provide you with all the necessary drawings and renderings to submit to your HOA. Because our designs are built to blend seamlessly with your home, they are generally very easy to get approved. In fact, in nearly two decades of business, we’ve never had an HOA reject one of our projects.
Typically, you’ll submit the drawings yourself for approval, but if you prefer, we can handle the communication directly with your HOA. All we need is the contact information for the board or approval committee, and we’ll take care of it for you.
