MBAKS Remodeling Excellence Awards (REX) shine a well-deserved spotlight on the companies and craftspeople raising the bar for what's possible in residential remodeling. The builders featured in the Remodeled Homes Tour work across the Puget Sound region throughout King and Snohomish Counties. Each remodeler is a member of the Remodelers Council of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties, so you can rest assured that they are licensed, trusted, and adhere to a code of ethics.

We are honored to receive the Remodeling Excellence Award for Best Outdoor Remodel Over $100,000 from the Master Builders Association of Pierce County (MBAPC). The Remodeling Excellence Awards recognize outstanding craftsmanship, innovation, and project execution among some of the region's most respected remodeling professionals. This year's event celebrated the very best remodeling projects across Pierce County, making this recognition especially meaningful to our team.

🏆 We are incredibly honored to have received the People's Choice Award at the Master Builders Association of Pierce County Awards! This year's competition was the largest and most competitive in MBAPC history, with a record-breaking number of entries across 19 award categories.
