I rock climb and travel extensively. I ball room dance. I show dogs. I have the #1 female Pharaoh Hound in the world named Stormy. I’ve been in finance my entire career and have the unique ability to inspire people to collaborate, be invested into their idea and execute it. At PCF, work isn’t mundane. You’re invited to bring ideas to the table, feel challenged and valued.
I’m originally from Illinois. I was a theater student, but have a degree in scenic design. I’ve got a keen sense for detail and have a niche for finding imperfections in technical drawings. You can find me in my office laughing with our team often. Thankfully, my love for hiking is a good compromise to being an avid foodie.
Content Marketing Manager
I grew up doing construction with my dad and eventually found PCF. I love it here because the people are awesome. I’ve made my way up through the company by being diligent and dedicated to what I do and have a marketing background, which led me to my current position. I love capturing our clients’ reaction at the end of their project. It’s important to be open and honest with our clients, and I believe we excel at that in this industry. I don’t think anyone can beat us in that category.
I’m down-to-earth, adaptable, and can communicate complex things simply. I love traveling with my 16-year-old basketball-playing son, especially while hoping he can pay his own way to college. I take pride in my job knowing that I’m supported to interact with our customers with transparency and integrity.
I’m simple and easy-going. What you see is what you get. I journey through life with my husband and 3 kids in an even-keel, consistent pattern. I’ve been a teacher for years, so supporting something of value comes natural to me. I love the heart of PCF. Integrity and diligence are how I contribute to the heartbeat of PCF to keep the flow consistent and healthy.
Human Resources Specialist
The glass is half-full to me. I pursue life with musical zest and a can-do mentality, which has landed me with an eclectic job history from a bought-out online Candy Company, Uber driver, to a state of WA employee. Not to mention, my viral YouTube channel of 200 subscribers! I love the people at PCF. It’s a drama-free zone. I know I’m in the right place when I’m doing work and it doesn’t feel like work.
I’ve been a CAD designer my entire career. I geek out on the programming side of drafting—Luminar, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, 3ds Max and a host of others. I enjoy PC-gaming. When my brain needs a break from custom precision drafting, my boss might find me playing an RPG adventure or tactical game—a hobby that sharpens my skillsets.
Me encanta mi familia y mi trabajo. I’ll say it in Spanish just because I can. I love spending time with my two kids and watching my husband play soccer. The best part of my work is getting the job done. At PCF, everyone’s a team player. We take care of each other and our customers. They’re all about the people.
I love learning and the feeling of accomplishment. I’m passionate about my horses and compete in dressage competitions with a few national titles under my belt. You’ll find me gardening and enjoying the outdoors often. PCF fits me because of the schedule flexibility and how tight knit it is.
If you like gaming and tequila, I’m your friend. I’m detail-oriented and thrive in problem-solving. During my free-time, I’m developing software or creating 3D animation. I love my job because it presents new challenges every day and I come home knowing I’ve contributed to solving the problem.

Having been a teacher for 7 years, I’ve learned to be positive and friendly. I’m eager to learn and to help others. Being a single mom of 2 keeps me busy, but I’ll never turn down dancing or hiking. Our company has an uplifting, family-friendly vibe that supports my job in bringing excellence to customer service.

I’m positive, charismatic, and empathetic. I’m a power-lifter. While I like to challenge myself physically, I love to escape musically—Thai rap is one of my favs. I love our company culture. They find your passion and gifts and somehow find ways to support and improve it.

I nearly lost my life at age 20, so I’m just thankful to be alive, every day. My father had a construction business, so I grew up in this industry. I have an Associates in Architectural Technology and certified in Revit and AutoCAD. Outside of work, I enjoy working on cars, photography, cooking, and just spending time with my family, friends, and dogs.
I was an electrician for many years and bring my experience to any project that I can add value to. I’m gentle and love helping support the team at PCF in whatever capacity I can. It is a very welcoming and encouraging work environment to be a part of and always brings me joy to be a part of something that is making a difference in someone’s family.

I’m certified in Positive Attitude. Family and hiking are my passions; so much so, my son’s name is Summit. His challenging premature birth, weighing at 1.9 lbs fueled my perseverant character as we both became Nicu warriors. I’m passionate about customer service, and can relate with people’s emotions while looking at the glass half-full.

Growing up in the Pacific Northwest has turned me into an avid beach chaser! I love traveling. I’ve been to Norway twice, but prefer places with a little more sun and sand. I knew business would work hand-in-hand with my relational personality, so attaining my MBA while working and not accumulating any student debt(!) was worth all the hard work.
I’m a fast-learner, adaptable, and communicative, which has helped me achieve my career goals over the past few years. I’ve touched permits for Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, AT&T, and Ziply Fiber. I enjoy working at PCF because it expands my knowledge of construction and permitting to the residential side. Nothing makes me more motivated than seeing a happy homeowner with their new outdoor living space and knowing I had a hand in making their dreams come true.
I enjoy my mountain home watching wildlife, fishing, gardening, and just enjoying nature. I fell into bookkeeping accidentally about 15 years ago but came to love it! I’ve been a military wife with children for over 25 years. Mic drop. ‘Nuff said.
My love for the construction industry stems from my youth. My father was a General Contractor and I always loved going to job sites with him, seeing the intricacies involved into building structures and watching projects come together. I enjoy building and refining systems, graphic design, and comprehending what people are trying to communicate and turning that into a deliverable. Outside of work, crafting, gardening, adventuring, and reading comic books are my pleasures.
I’m easy-going, focused, and creative, which is why I’m pretty good at making lower budget narrative films, playing guitar, and creating music. I’ve done video work for Investigation Discovery, Netflix, Sleep Foundation, and Chick-fil-A and love that I’ve landed with PCF full-time. I enjoy spending time with my wife and puppy, traveling, and being a foodie. You may find my work online, as I’ve been lucky to receive a couple festival awards with some of my personal narrative film work.
Construction has always been intriguing to me and by working at PCF, I’m able to continue expanding my knowledge in structural engineering. I’m a licensed Professional Engineer and have also held positions as a waste/wastewater engineer, metal fabricator, and commercial roofer. I’m laid back and easy going. Mountain biking and skiing are my escapes.
Creative, kind, assertive, and playful are how my family would describe me. Family time is my favorite. I enjoy playing music, going to concerts, making art, learning new things, and hiking. As a child, moving to a different country was challenging but has helped me to work with different types of people and to fuel a harmonious environment. My dad is an architect, so this field is comfortable for me.
Jr CAD Designer
I was always the creative kid, so a career in drafting isn’t all too shocking. Learning about new techniques for 3D modeling is fun for me. I began at Omega Engineering learning about drainage and municipal codes for different counties, but once I started to dabble with AutoCAD, I changed careers. I’m grateful to have found one that I genuinely enjoy. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing and paddleboarding. I was bait for drafting and I haven’t regretted it since.
Social Media Specialist
I’m magnanimous, happy, and tenacious. I graduated with a Theatre and Business degree and quickly learned that no artistic skill can truly be a career without knowing how to run the business behind it. Learning how to use social media became a tool that perfectly interlaced the two. Leveraging my skillsets with social media and the construction industry excites me to help advance PCF to the next level of thrive.
Having been a Real Estate Broker for my husband’s company for over 25 years, residential construction is where I feel most at home. I have worked as an Interior Business Manager and an HR Manager within the construction industry and have SHRM and PHR certifications. I see things glass half-full and am able to remain objective and impartial in any scenario. I love spending time with my family and friends and doing anything outdoors with them is when I am happiest.
Director of Sales and Marketing
I enjoy seeing a customer’s vision come to life. I’m passionate about what I do and very focused. I’ve been working in this industry since 1995 holding many roles such as shop and maintenance tech to President. I was a recipient who received the Elite Service Award and the Press Business Award. Outside of work, I love fishing and spending time with my family.
I’m blessed to say that even after almost 20 years in this industry, my work is an extension of what I do for fun. I enjoy working on my own home and gardening. I’ve been a framing apprentice to my own business owner in this industry and have enjoyed every part of the learning process. Integrity and diligence is what I strive to model in every capacity of life, so working at PCF, I know that I’m well supported.
I’m a man-child. I wakeboard on Lake Washington. I’m a black diamond skier. I’m a competitive tennis player. I’ve been selling door-to-door since I was 15 years old. I was a professional male model and actor in Asia through my 20’s. I’ve been a mortgage broker and public speaker for Amway. I work for my kids and my property. I love to work hard and play hard. I beat cancer and it was PCF that gave me the zest I needed to aspire for the next day.
I grew up around the construction industry, but my passion was for electrical. In the early 2000s, I started my own electrical company. After 14 years in business, I sold my company and moved to Costa Rica with my wife and 3 kids. For 6 years, we enjoyed the culture, the surf, and the jungle. Now that I live in the Pacific Northwest, I’m happy to be back at it again, helping people create cool outdoor spaces to make memories with their own families!
I’m passionate about helping people. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, I find joy in helping client dreams come true. I’ve completed a craft apprenticeship program in concrete construction, which led me to own and operate my own decorative concrete business. Sales leadership and business management have been integral parts of my career—experience that helps create an optimal product.
I’m determined, bubbly, and compassionate. I love learning and helping others. I make VERY good chocolate chip cookies. I chose to work in this industry because it is consistent and reliable. Working at PCF is exciting for me because it fuels my passion for learning while allowing me to help people make their home dreams come true.
Helping people is the reason I chose PCF. I am an outgoing musician and husband who has changed gears to pursue a career in the construction industry. I have always been around construction and acquired many skills over the years as my father was a superintendent for two decades. Watching a project from start to finish and seeing the reaction of a happy customer is what drives me in this industry.
My dad worked construction for 40 years, so it’s kind of been in the family. I’ve been a Carpenter Apprentice and Home Remodel Design Consultant. When working at Enterprise in 2019, I was part of a team that won top sales branch in the country. Being a sales person in this industry has helped me to be persistent, calm, and reflective. Outside of work, backpacking makes me happy.
The thing I love doing most is working with my hands through the crafts of woodworking and painting. I am most proud of weathering through the death of my father and taking over his hospitality business with my sister – it taught me resilience, patience, and hard work. Something I do well is combine humor with empathy for the people in my life, as well as new people I meet. I grew up around the construction industry with my step-father owning his own roofing business. Combining those familiar ties with my passion for customer experience aligns well with my future goals within PCF.
PCF values their employees, and because we share similar values about people, I thrive in this environment. I’m diligent and loyal to what I do, which has helped my career growth at PCF. I enjoy interacting with my team and our diverse clients. Executing a client’s dream is always a satsifying experience.
I fell into this industry by accident about 25 years ago. It can be a tough industry for a woman, which I believe is why I’m drawn to it. I’ve been a business owner, operations manager, and project manager in this industry. When I was young, I was evacuated by the Army National Guard just before Mt. St. Helens blew. Perhaps that experience led to my service as a Red Cross volunteer with over 1000+ hours served. Ironically, I’m scared of heights, but I love skydiving. Throwing myself out of an airplane at 14,000 feet has shockingly not cured my fear of heights.
I love working with my hands and being outdoors. I have a family of 5 that keeps me busy, but I won’t turn down some time to skateboard. I’m goal-oriented so working on a client’s dream project and finishing it, keeps me satisfied. With 6 years of construction experience and counting, I look forward to continuing my growth with this industry and PCF.
Focused woodworking makes me happy. I’m a perfectionist. Details are important to me. Coming to the US from Bulgaria with my family has elevated my sense of responsibility and gives me opportunities to laugh and enjoy learning. Fishing is my outlet so living in the Pacific Northwest is great for me.
I’m strong, loyal, and dedicated. I love fishing and spending time in the outdoors. I can walk on a slack line and fish. I’ve been in the construction industry for over 7 years with fork boom and scissor lift certifications. PCF is great fit for me because it taps into my love, working with my hands, being outdoors, and fueling my brain simultaneously.
Patience and level-headedness aren’t usually the qualities that come to mind for former MMA competitors so I may be an anomaly, but it’s surprisingly true. I’m also detail-oriented and organized, which has helped launch my career in the construction industry. I love spending time with my family, and especially being an uncle to my nephews and nieces. I enjoy being active with my hands and working at PCF, a company that really cares.

FOMO is not why I have held various positions in this industry, rather I have a keen sense of focus and concentration that has enabled me to finish what I start.
Living in the Pacific Northwest is awesome! I can go to the lake or adventure on an amazing hike, but if I want to stay in and have a drink with my buddies playing video games or watching Netflix then I can do it all here. I love doing life with people. I enjoy working out, snowboarding, watching movies and capitalize on opportunities to meet new people. I’m passionate, diligent, and aim to bring good vibes in whatever I do. I’m a former auto mechanic, so that experience inevitably bleeds through my journey in construction. At PCF, I enjoy all the opportunities to learn and stay motivated knowing that each day brings something new and fresh.

I have an AA in Behavioral Science. I’m detail-oriented. I focus on solutions rather than problems. I’m a disc golfer, snowboarder, wood worker, and coffee roaster. That experience has shaped my career. With over 10 years of construction experience, there’s always something to learn. My out-of-box thinking usually advances a project while my anal attentiveness to jobsite organization and cleanliness keeps everyone pretty happy.
I’m an outdoorsy guy who loves to dirtbike. I enjoy laughing with my friends and being the dependable guy. Being a positive, light-hearted supportive person to any team has served me well with others; I intend to maintain those attributes. I’m an open book, a what-you-see-is-what-you-get guy. If I’m not woodworking, I’m growing a mean raspberry bush. I enjoy gardening and building furniture for my family. Even after 15 years as an electrician, I still am most satisfied at the end of a project when I see how satisfied the customer is at the final walk-through. PCF employs great people so it makes work more enjoyable.

Being a gamer and an electrician go hand-in-hand because I naturally see patterns, enjoy problem-solving and logical thinking. PCF brings variety to my everyday work and the people I interact with are just really cool people.
You can call me “Ace.” I’m a grease monkey, originally from Maryland. If I’m not working on cars, I’m probably fishing or hiking. I’ve lost over 100 pounds. Setting goals and achieving them give me a strong sense of accomplishment. At PCF, my boss’s perfectionism and work energy fuel me to learn daily.
I might break out my spandex to go biking with you if you can help me convert an old pickup truck to an electric ride. I’m green-minded. I was a solar installer and get jazzed about electrical conversions. As an electrician, not one day is the same. I add humor to my every day, adding levity to PCF and our team-oriented environment.
