You’re invited to bring ideas to the table, feel challenged and valued.

I’m down-to-earth, adaptable, and can communicate complex things simply. I love traveling with my 16-year-old basketball-playing son, especially while hoping he can pay his own way to college. I take pride in my job knowing that I’m supported to interact with our customers with transparency and integrity.

David Hull

I’m a happy-go-lucky, fun guy that loves cycling in the mountains. I’ve been a sales and project consultant in the construction industry since 2017. My passion is working with clients to transform their spaces. I enjoy building things myself, so seeing a project come to fruition is always rewarding, especially while forming long-term friendships along the way.
David Hernandez

The glass is half-full to me. I pursue life with musical zest and a can-do mentality, which has landed me with an eclectic job history from a bought-out online Candy Company, Uber driver, to a state of WA employee. Not to mention, my viral YouTube channel of 200 subscribers! I love the people at PCF. It’s a drama-free zone. I know I’m in the right place when I’m doing work and it doesn’t feel like work.
Jaws Michlein

If you like gaming and tequila, I’m your friend. I’m detail-oriented and thrive in problem-solving. During my free-time, I’m developing software or creating 3D animation. I love my job because it presents new challenges every day and I come home knowing I’ve contributed to solving the problem.
Tony Mitchell

I’ve been in construction for over 20 years. I have CCN certifications for sales mastery, production, and management. I’m a bank for product knowledge and enjoy leading a team to execute with the right products for the best results. I enjoy hanging out with my kid, duck hunting, and riding dirt bikes. PCF surrounds me with great people who want to be here and that makes my job that much more enjoyable.
Clayton Brumbaugh
Project Consultant
I have a long family history of carpentry in the PNW. My grandfather, who died on the job, built the I-5 bridge in Mt. Vernon. My father and uncles built the house I grew up in. I work for PCF because they value people and community, just like my grandfather did when he built a church in Everett and helped his neighbors. This legacy goes back to my great great grandfather and the mothers who supported us. I’m proud to be part of PCF, a company that shares my vision. When I’m not working, I enjoy acting, skiing, hiking and disc dog competitions with my dog Pip.
Patrick Rasmussen
Project Consultant
I’ve been an electrician for almost 20 years with over 50,000 hours invested. Learning though, never stops. Sometimes my experience is relevant, and other times, I draw up solutions that are completely unique. I enjoy foreseeing things in a project the homeowner hasn’t yet and adding value to their outdoor experience. Outside of work, I’m all about being a dad.
Steve Kristek
Senior Production Manager
Hanging out with family brings me joy. We love boating, camping, fishing, and just enjoying the outdoors together. I’ve been in this industry for over 20 years and have a diverse background in outdoor living spaces. I have an Associate in Computer Drafting and Design, which gives me a unique knack for visualizing the end project from the get-go and identifying problems before they actually happen. At PCF, we get to see some of the most beautiful homes in our area and engage with the coolest customers.

I’m passionate about helping people. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, I find joy in helping client dreams come true. I’ve completed a craft apprenticeship program in concrete construction, which led me to own and operate my own decorative concrete business. Sales leadership and business management have been integral parts of my career—experience that helps create an optimal product.

Camden Dowhower

My dad worked construction for 40 years, so it’s kind of been in the family. I’ve been a Carpenter Apprentice and Home Remodel Design Consultant. When working at Enterprise in 2019, I was part of a team that won top sales branch in the country. Being a sales person in this industry has helped me to be persistent, calm, and reflective. Outside of work, backpacking makes me happy.
Cary White

I’m a man-child. I wakeboard on Lake Washington. I’m a black diamond skier. I’m a competitive tennis player. I’ve been selling door-to-door since I was 15 years old. I was a professional male model and actor in Asia through my 20’s. I’ve been a mortgage broker and public speaker for Amway. I work for my kids and my property. I love to work hard and play hard. I beat cancer and it was PCF that gave me the zest I needed to aspire for the next day.

Ashton Walters
Project Consultant
The thing I love doing most is working with my hands through the crafts of woodworking and painting. I am most proud of weathering through the death of my father and taking over his hospitality business with my sister – it taught me resilience, patience, and hard work. Something I do well is combine humor with empathy for the people in my life, as well as new people I meet. I grew up around the construction industry with my step-father owning his own roofing business. Combining those familiar ties with my passion for customer experience aligns well with my future goals within PCF.

Jacob Morris

I’m passionate about construction. I’ve been in this industry for several years and am certified in carpentry technology from the Green River Carpentry Program. I’m originally from Illinois. I was a theater student, but have a degree in scenic design. I’ve got a keen sense for detail and have a niche for finding imperfections in technical drawings. You can find me in my office laughing with our team often. Thankfully, my love for hiking is a good compromise to being an avid foodie.

I’ve been a CAD designer my entire career. I geek out on the programming side of drafting—Luminar, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, 3ds Max and a host of others. I enjoy PC-gaming. When my brain needs a break from custom precision drafting, my boss might find me playing an RPG adventure or tactical game—a hobby that sharpens my skillsets.

I’m magnanimous, happy, and tenacious. I graduated with a Theatre and Business degree and quickly learned that no artistic skill can truly be a career without knowing how to run the business behind it. Learning how to use social media became a tool that perfectly interlaced the two. Leveraging my skillsets with social media and the construction industry excites me to help advance PCF to the next level of thrive.

I nearly lost my life at age 20, so I’m just thankful to be alive, every day. My father had a construction business, so I grew up in this industry. I have an Associates in Architectural Technology and certified in Revit and AutoCAD. Outside of work, I enjoy working on cars, photography, cooking, and just spending time with my family, friends, and dogs.

It is a very welcoming and encouraging work environment to be a part of and always brings me joy to be a part of something that is making a difference in someone’s family.

I’m certified in Positive Attitude. Family and hiking are my passions; so much so, my son’s name is Summit. His challenging premature birth, weighing at 1.9 lbs fueled my perseverant character as we both became Nicu warriors. I’m passionate about customer service, and can relate with people’s emotions while looking at the glass half-full.

I am really passionate about outdoor living and understand the importance of being a team player. I’m attentive-to-detail, confident, sincere, analytical, and have a knack for auditing and organizing data.

I’m a happy, compassionate, and energetic person. I love lifting weights and can memorize songs fairly quickly. It’s easy for me to remember lyrics and beats. I enjoy being creative and collaboration. I’m proud to have completed my college education in a timely manner while also working multiple jobs full-time.

I’m easy-going, focused, and creative, which is why I’m pretty good at making lower budget narrative films, playing guitar, and creating music. I’ve done video work for Investigation Discovery, Netflix, Sleep Foundation, and Chick-fil-A and love that I’ve landed with PCF full-time. I enjoy spending time with my wife and puppy, traveling, and being a foodie. You may find my work online, as I’ve been lucky to receive a couple festival awards with some of my personal narrative film work.

I like the variety of projects, from installation to remodeling to repairs, that involve home improvement and customer satisfaction. I also value building relationships with others, both within and outside the company. I am gentle, understanding, and determined. She motivates me to be more responsible and cautious, as I want to be there throughout her life.

I’m a licensed Professional Engineer and have also held positions as a waste/wastewater engineer, metal fabricator, and commercial roofer. I’m laid back and easy going. Mountain biking and skiing are my escapes.

Jonatan Martinez

Creative, kind, assertive, and playful are how my family would describe me. Family time is my favorite. I enjoy playing music, going to concerts, making art, learning new things, and hiking. As a child, moving to a different country was challenging but has helped me to work with different types of people and to fuel a harmonious environment. My dad is an architect, so this field is comfortable for me.

Tyler Graves

I was always the creative kid, so a career in drafting isn’t all too shocking. Learning about new techniques for 3D modeling is fun for me. I began at Omega Engineering learning about drainage and municipal codes for different counties, but once I started to dabble with AutoCAD, I changed careers. I’m grateful to have found one that I genuinely enjoy. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing and paddleboarding. I was bait for drafting and I haven’t regretted it since.

I believe it’s important to celebrate all wins, big and small.

Take me outdoors because I love snowboarding, kayaking, and hiking. I have a degree in Interior Design and Furniture, which helps me aim to building the “perfect” project. There’s such a strong sense of satisfaction I get when I come into an empty yard, and then help leave behind a masterpiece. I came to PCF years ago without any construction knowledge. PCF equipped me and gave me every opportunity to grow. It’s a 10+ company. You can’t get better than this.

I enjoy teaching and I’m good at problem-solving. Learning new skills is fun for me. I’m an Eagle Scout. I have a degree in Biology with minors in Liberal Arts and Spanish. I’ve been in the construction industry for over 5 years. PCF is a perfect blend between large company and small company.

My love for the construction industry stems from my youth. My father was a General Contractor and I always loved going to job sites with him, seeing the intricacies involved into building structures and watching projects come together. I enjoy building and refining systems, graphic design, and comprehending what people are trying to communicate and turning that into a deliverable. Outside of work, crafting, gardening, adventuring, and reading comic books are my pleasures.

Living in the Pacific Northwest is awesome! I can go to the lake or adventure on an amazing hike, but if I want to stay in and have a drink with my buddies playing video games or watching Netflix then I can do it all here. I enjoy cutting and assembling. Even outside of work, I’m building something for myself or my friends. My most notable recognition was in 4th grade when I placed 3rd in the Spelling Bee. That experience has shaped my career. With over 10 years of construction experience, there’s always something to learn. My out-of-box thinking usually advances a project while my anal attentiveness to jobsite organization and cleanliness keeps everyone pretty happy.
