I’ve been in customer service for over 14 years and even received an award for being respectful to coworkers and customers. I’m warm, silly, and supportive. I’m able to remain calm under pressure and take one thing at a time while still paying attention to details. I absolutely love spending time with my kids and taking them on adventures. I believe it’s important to celebrate all wins, big and small.
