We were recently approached by 425 magazine, a prominent publication reaching our region’s most influential and affluent consumers in the Pacific Northwest. They are interested in featuring Allen Lake Project as their 2025 IDEA HOUSE. Here is the link to past idea houses. This is an exciting marketing opportunity targeted to builders, architects, designers, contractors, and Master Builders Association members; however, it involves a $100k investment and 200-350 strangers walking through the house for 2 large events.
With your help, we would be willing to maximize this opportunity by hosting a featured speaker or influencer and provide your business with a marketing presence via a 4×8 informative table space (similar to the Street of Dreams) at the 2 events. Our design team will create a flyer (with a short writeup and QR code) for those sponsors who have already participated in the original Portrait Magazine feature, which will be distributed at the events.
