Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SUBMIT TO A SALES PRESENTATION. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, RULE, OR REGULATION. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. This sweepstakes is sponsored by The People Come First Group, LLC of 640 Central Avenue South Kent, WA 98032 (“Sponsor”). Sponsor will award one (2) Grand Prizes at the end of the prize period. The prize period begins on May 26th, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on June 4th, 2026. The prize winner will be determined from a random drawing of all entries received during the prize period. The random drawing will be conducted on or about June 5th, 2026. The odds of winning the prize is determined by the number of entries received prior to the time of the prize drawing. 
2. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify, extend, or terminate this promotion without notice at any time. Entries that are lost, late, illegible, or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information, technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this promotion, by any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries, or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of this promotion, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of this promotion, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of this promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify this promotion in any manner without notice. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the winning home is titled. No more than one (1) entry per household per prize period is allowed and prizes are limited to one (1) prize per household per prize period. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. This promotion may be conducted in conjunction with other Sponsor promotions.
3. The Grand Prize winner(s) will be notified by social media, e-mail or by telephone within three (3) business days of the drawing in which the Grand Prize winner is selected. Sponsor shall make three (3) attempts to notify the Grand Prize winner in this manner within three (3) business days of the drawing. If the Grand Prize winner does not contact Sponsor within three (3) days following the date of last contact, it will be deemed that the Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted and will thus result in disqualification of the Grand Prize winner, forfeiture of the Grand Prize, and selection of an alternate Grand Prize winner. An alternate Grand Prize winner will be selected within three (3) business days of a Grand Prize winner’s disqualification pursuant to the selection and notification process set out herein. Only a Grand Prize winner will receive notification. All prizes will be awarded. Upon making contact with the Grand Prize winner, Sponsor shall notify the individual of his or her having been selected as the Grand Prize winner, and Sponsor shall set an appointment to meet the Grand Prize winner in person at the Grand Prize winner’s residence within fourteen (14) days of the date of contact.
4. Promotion entrants may enter this promotion by (a) submitting an online entry at on the one of two social media platforms: https://www.facebook.com/PCFConstructionGroup; https://www.instagram.com/pcfconstructiongroup. No other methods of entry will be accepted. Entries must comply with all of the following requirements to qualify. Failure to complete all requirements may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of PCF Group, LLC: (FOLLOW US — on Facebook & Instagram, TAG A FRIEND — in the comments, write #PCFBEDROCK — in the comments).
5. Promotion entrants must (a) be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the time of entering this promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry in its absolute discretion for any reason, including a good faith determination of eligibility, and without notice in accordance with these Official Rules. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, co-branded partners, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and their immediate families (and those living in their same households) are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
6. Subject to the dollar limitation below, the Grand Prize winner will receive the Grand Prize through either physical or digtial gift card, based on the discretion of PCF Group, LLC. The retail value of the Grand Prize is $100. All dollars are expressed in U.S. currency.
7. To qualify to receive the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize winner must comply with all Official Rules instructions and requirements, including, if requested, the completion of an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, and return it to Sponsor within fourteen (14) days of the date of the Promotion Confirmation, as well as have met all of the eligibility requirements set forth within these Official Rules; otherwise, the Grand Prize winner will be disqualified and the Grand Prize will be forfeited, and an alternative Grand Prize winner will be selected. Acceptance or use of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its affiliates to use the recipient’s name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
8. No transfers, substitution in prizes, or cash will be allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole and absolute discretion. Upon awarding of the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize winner assumes full ownership and responsibility for the Grand Prize. Liability for any applicable taxes, including all federal, state, and local taxes and/or other fees that may apply to the Grand Prize is the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service and state tax agency.
9. By participating in this promotion, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, co-branded partners, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any damages that may arise out of participation in this promotion in any way or out of the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of a prize. By entering into this promotion, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, or controversies (hereafter referred to as a “Claim”) arising under or relating to this promotion, including the validity or enforceability of this arbitration provision, shall be subject to binding arbitration to be determined by one (1) arbitrator, in accordance with and pursuant to the then prevailing Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), to be held and arbitrated in the judicial district in which the entrant lives at the time of his or her entering into this promotion. Each entrant agrees that he or she will not assert a Claim on behalf of, or as a member of, any group or class. The findings of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties. Each party shall be responsible for its own fees and costs. This agreement to arbitrate, and any award or verdict will be specifically enforceable under the prevailing law of any court having jurisdiction. Notice of the demand for arbitration will be filed by the party asserting the Claim with AAA. The demand for arbitration shall be made within a reasonable time after the Claim in question has arisen, and in no event shall any such demand be made after the date when institution of legal or equitable proceedings based on such Claim would be barred by the applicable statute of limitations. Any arbitration proceeding and any award or verdict shall remain confidential between the parties and shall not be made public.

For a prize winners’ list, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope within thirty (30) days following a prize period, including a request for the prize winners’ name(s), to “The People Come First Group, Gas Card Giveaway” at 640 Central Avenue South Kent, WA 98032. To stop the mailing of future sweepstakes-related materials from Sponsor, please send a written request to 640 Central Avenue South Kent, WA 98032. This promotion is conducted in English, which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning. This promotion is governed by the laws of the state of Washington with venue in King County, Washington, United States of America.

PROMOTION PROCEDURES

Purpose

The procedures set forth below govern how The People Come First Group, LLC (“Company”) conducts promotional sweepstakes.

Independence of Drawing

Employees, officers, and directors of Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, co-branded partners, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and their immediate families (and those living in their same households) are not eligible to participate in any Company promotion.

Drawing Certificate 

Drawings will be held at pre-scheduled times no later than thirty (30) days following the end of the applicable prize period. Drawings will be held by a Promotion Administrator, which will either be
(i) an independent judging organization or (ii) an officer of Company. Decisions by the Promotion Administrator are final on all aspects of a promotion. The Promotion Administrator will cause a Drawing Certificate to be completed by Company for each promotion.

Confirmation of Winner Eligibility

To ensure each winner meets eligibility requirements, Company may require an Affidavit of Eligibility be completed prior to awarding a prize. The Promotion Administrator shall determine when, and if, an Affidavit of Eligibility is required.

Notification to Winners

Company shall attempt to contact each winner by telephone. Three (3) attempts will be made to notify the winner in this manner, after which a fourth and final notification attempt will be made via certified mail, return receipt requested, to the last known address of the winner. If the winner does not contact Company within seven (7) days following the date of mailing of the certified letter, it will be deemed that the winner cannot be contacted, the winner will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected and notified in accordance with the above.

Upon making contact with a winner, Company shall notify the individual of his or her having been selected as a winner in the promotion, and Company shall set an appointment to meet the winner in person at the winner’s residence within fourteen (14) days of the date of contact. This meeting is the “Promotion Confirmation.” At the Promotion Confirmation, Company shall promptly and accurately explain the winner’s prize, prize selection options, means of obtaining the prize, and all other relevant details in order to complete the award and delivery of the prize to the winner within a reasonable period of time following the Promotion Confirmation. If any issues regarding the award of the prize arise during the Promotion Confirmation, the Promotion Administrator shall be contacted as quickly as possible to address any such issues.

If a winner is interested in purchasing additional products from Company at the Promotion Confirmation, a sales presentation may also be made to the winner. However, no sales presentation may be imposed on a winner, and no winner is required to submit to a sales presentation.

If an Affidavit of Eligibility is required, it is to be presented to the winner at the Promotion Confirmation and signed by the winner at that time. If the winner would like time to review and consider the affidavit, he or she may do so as long as Company timely receives the completed affidavit.

If (i) a winner cannot be contacted, (ii) a Promotion Confirmation cannot be held within fourteen (14) days of contact, (iii) a winner does not complete and return a requested Affidavit of Eligibility within the required timeframe, (iv) a prize is refused, rejected, or otherwise cannot be awarded, or (v) a winner does not meet qualification criteria, then the Promotion Administrator shall be notified that an “Event of Default” has occurred.

If an Event of Default occurs, a rejection confirmation letter will be sent to the winner. The Promotion Administrator shall then conduct, within three (3) business days after having received notice of the Event of Default, a supplemental drawing to award the prize(s) subject to the Event of Default. This process shall continue until all prizes as advertised have been successfully awarded. 

Dispute as to Identification of Winner

In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting a promotion entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the winning home is titled.

List of Winners

If Company receives a request for the list of winners within thirty (30) days following the end of any prize period and such request is accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope, Company will send the list of winners to the requesting party within five (5) business days.

Records

All entries received for any promotion, lists of winners, Drawing Certificates, and Affidavits of Eligibility shall be maintained by Company for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of the applicable drawing. Company shall maintain either originals or copies of such documents, either of which may also be scanned or otherwise maintained in an accurate electronic format.

PUBLICITY AND MARKETING

Except where prohibited, submission of an entry constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use entrant’s name, identity, title, likeness, distinctive appearance, physical likeness, image, portrait, picture, photograph (whether still or moving), screen persona, voice, vocal style, statements, gesture, mannerism, personality, performance characteristic, biographical data, signature, social media handles and identities, and any other indicia or imitation of identity or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, without further notice, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Submission of contact information in connection with this Giveaway (whether or not required), including without limitation mailing address, phone number, and email address, during entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant’s personal information for purposes of administration of the Giveaway and for Sponsor to add entrant to Sponsor’s customer database and to contact entrant in the future for promotional and other reasons. You may opt-out of receiving such communications as set forth in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy or as provided within any such marketing materials (e.g., using the “Unsubscribe” feature provided in the footer of Sponsor’s emails). You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and the information you provide will only be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
